     REQUEST FOR CONDONATION FOR ABSENCE OF ACCUSED

                    It is respectfully prayed on behalf of the above named accused 1: Abu Bakar 2: Asif 3: Hubdar 4: Niaz Hussain 5: Khan Mohammad 6: Fateh Mohammad 7: Anwar Ali, that this Honorable court may kindly be pleased to condone the absence of accused for the date of hearing viz. 03-12-2015, as due sudden demise of relative of accused namely, Mst Siyani w/o Mohammad Suleman Batt R/o Village Mohammad Suleman Baat Taluka & District Dadu, died on 03-12-2015, as the accused were busy in funeral prayer of deceased and sat at the cartage of deceased. The Honorable court passed the order for production of death certificate, as the accused went to concerned Union Council office for the said certificate, but the secretary denied to give the certificate, as he heard that certificate is required for court purpose.

                   It is therefore this Honorable court may kindly be pleased to condone the absence of accused.

                  That the prayer is made in the interest of justice.
