     Dear Sir,

                 Under the instructions of my client Shahid Ali s/o  Muhammad Sulleman by caste Batt, resident of Moundar Nakka Dadu Town, Taluka & District Dadu, I address you as under:-

1.                                That my client is working as social activist, and he received so many complaints that so many schools of District Dadu are closed, hence my client started checking the school of District Dadu.

2.                               That my clients verified and found that     following schools were closed and were in occupation   and possessions of different persons as well as the some schools were used as MAKHANO (Otaro) places where people used to drink Bhang and Heroin.

       DETAILS OF THE CLOURE SCHOOL IS AS UNDER:  

1.    Govt. Girls Middle school Mounder.

2.    Govt. Primary School Mondar Khan Qambrani.

3.    Govt. Girls Middle school Ahmed Khan Birhmani.

4.    Govt. Primary School Abu Bakar Samoon.

5.    Govt. Primary School Dari Salar Khokhar.

6.    Govt. Girls Middle School Dost Muhammad Mari.

7.    Govt. Primary School Dari Khair Muhammad Khokhar.

8.    Govt. Primary School Abdullah Panhwar.

9.    Govt. Primary School Talib Hussain Palipoto.

10. Govt. Primary School Duhram Khan Jamali.

               That the above schools are closed and same are situated within your jurisdiction, hence in modern Era of Education, the villagers of the vicinity are deprived from Education at doorstep, which is against the law and natural justice. Hence the applicant has many times approached to concerned authorities, and made complaint in written, but all in vain.

               This is therefore, called upon you to show cause within seven days of the receipt of this notice, and to re-open the above schools within seven days else I have  alternate to seek the remedy of Civil as well as criminal purely at your risk and costs as per my directions of my client.

               Please note and acknowledge.

               A copy of this notice is being preserved by us for further legal action, in case of your non compliance of this notice.
