APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 14 SINDHI CIVIL COURTS RULES

                         It is respectfully prayed on behalf the plaintiff that this Honorable court may be pleased to admit suit during summer vacation as the plaintiff has not been provided maintenance, as plaintiff is residing with her parents and she has no any other source of income for her livelihood and defendant is issuing threats to the plaintiff for lodging false cases, on the consideration of the ground set forth in the accompanying affidavit of the plaintiff.

      The prayer is made in the interest of justice.

                                                           AFFIDAVIT

           I, Mst:             daughter of            Wife of             Muslim, Adult, Resident of Station Road, Muhalla                           Taluka and District Dadu, do hereby state on oath here as under:-

1.                That I am the Plaintiff / Deponent in the above matter and as such am fully conversant with the facts of the case.

2.                That the accompanying application under section 14 sindh civil courts rules has been drafted under my specific instructions and the contents of the same may be treated as a part and parcel of this affidavit.

3.                That I am so compel and facing great difficulties and hardship in performing and maintaining as I am residing at house of my parents and they are providing me maintenance. Defendant has stopped providing maintenance.

4.                That the defendant is issuing threats to me and my parents to lodge false FIRs against me and my family. Honorable court may be pleased to admit the suit. If not then I shall bear irreparable lose.

5.                  That unless my accompanying application is granted I shall suffer irreparable loss.

6.                  That whatever is stated above is true and corrects the best of my knowledge and belief.
