Complain against SHO

SUBJECT:COMPLAINT AGAINST SHO MUNWAR CHANDIO POSTED AT P.S. RUKKAN TALUKA & DISTRICT DADU.

Dear Sir;

                     It is respectfully begs to submit that I namely Ghulam Qadir s/o Mohammd by caste Panhwar R/O village Khalid Panhwar Taluka & District Dadu, am milk seller. As I was coming from Dadu to my village as I reached to near my village PIR JO DERO at about 11: 00 pm, three robbers restrained me and snatched cash amount, Mototor cycle, Mobile, NIC card.

1:                That I have lodged an F.I.R. bearing Crime No:69/2016 at P.S. Rukkan on 23-06-2016 at 2040 hours, relating to the commission of offence u/s 392,34 PPC (Photo stat copy of F.I.R. is filed herewith).

2)                That the accused persons are clearly nominated the F.I.R who has committed the alleged offence of Robbery viz  1) Jameel S/O Muhammad Bux, 2) Yar Muhammad S/O Rawat , and one unidentified person,  duly armed with deadly weapons , they robbed  Motor cycle  and Cash amount Rs: 5000 and one VGOTEL Mobile phone and original documents of above Motor cycle from me, on show of weapons  and extended threats of dire consequences to me.

3)                That the accused are source-able and influential person having hidden connection with the Ruling party as well as  Investigating Officer of the above mentioned case, the accused are habitual Robber, involved in many criminal cases.

4)                That the accused are extending threats of dire consequences to me to withdraw from the case.

5)                That the Investigating Officer of this case is not conducting the investigation of the case honestly and fairly.

6)                That only VIGOTEL mobile has been recovered from the accused, still Motorcycle, original Document of Bike, NIC Card and cash amount Rs. 5000 are remaining. Neither I.O of the case has recorded the statement of 161 Cr.Pc nor  Charge sheet  173 Cr.Pc has been submitted  by the Investigating Officer, as the accused are openly saying that they are on good friendly terms with the Investigating Officer of this case, who has given assurance that he will dispose of the case under B/C Class.

7)                That I have apprehension that the Investigating Officer will not do justice with me.

8)                That the failure and access committed by the opponent Investigating Officer of this case in relation to his functions & duties for which he is legally and lawfully bound to do fairly and honestly is against the principle of natural justice.

                   In the light of above facts and circumstances, I hereby very humbly request  you that kindly take strict legal action against the said SHO Munwar Chandio. As he is completely failure to maintain law & order, so that the people of vicinity may take sigh of relief without fear from robbers.
