1. That deceased Ghulam shabir s/o
Mola Bux by caste Panhwar, r/o village Wassai U.C.Bughia, Taluka K.N Shah, the
husband of the petitioner expired on 29.06.2014, leaving behind his L.Rs named
under mentioned.

2. That the deceased Ghulam Shabir
s/o Mola Bux by caste Panhwar pledged
gold ornaments in National Bank of Pakistan K.N Shah Branch against Agriculture
Finance Limit Rs.100000/- (One Lac only),
whereas the limit question has been paid alongwith mark up to NBP K.N
Shah Branch vide clearance certificate dated 03.04.2015 for Rs.100000/- cash
receipts issued by Bank are submitted as Annexure “ “

3. That the following Gold ornaments
pledged by deceased Ghulam Shabir s/o Mola Bux Panhwar are still lying with the
National Bank of Pakistan K.N Shah Branch.

leaving his surviving legal heirs named above.
5. That the petitoner being the
widow of the deceased and looking after all other surviving heirs, she is fit
and proper to obtain the said Gold ornaments of her deceased husband from NBP
K.N Shah Branch.
