complain against closed school

SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING CLOSURE OF GBPS KANDI FAZAL MOHAMMAD PANHWAR.

R/sir,

                          It is inform to Higher authorities that the building of GBPS Kandi Fazal Mohammad Panhwar having SEMIS ID 402010202  has been occupied one Mumtaz Ali Panhwar since 2005 and the school has remained closed since 2005 and now Building of school is being used as residential house and now in greed of new building he has opened the school in OTAQ for getting new building and repeat the same for residential purpose.

·        The building of the closure school is well constructed with all the basic facilities as large classrooms, bathrooms, water tank & a courtyard for conducting school assembly.

·       The building has 02 rooms in which one rooms can be used as classroom where one rooms can be utilized as staffroom & Headmaster’s office.

·       There is one bathroom constructed in the school but unfortunately all are in dismal condition as the school is being used as residential purpose for many years. It is further submitted that the building was constructed in 1997-98

·       The sad part is that the school building is being used as a Residential House of Mumtaz Panhwar.

·       If the necessary steps will be taken regarding SNE or make-shift arrangement about the availability of the teachers so that this school can become viable & the students can get education at their doorstep.

·       In the village there are two more schools one is GBPS Kandi Saleh Panhwar. This village is highly populated so it is very difficult for villagers to educate their children in one or two school. So it will be more easier if closure school is opened.

·       The both schools are functional, both has about 200 students studying in various classes.

·       As in this, school is not functional; the students have to travel to another village regarding education, while the majority of the students drop out due to no capacity of sitting in both functional schools.

·       It is requested in your kind honor that closure building of school may be vacated and school may be shifted from OTAK to original buildings so that the students of vicinity may get education in modern era of education at Doorstep.
