APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 17-A OF WEST PAKISTAN FAMILY COURT  ACTS. ( AMENDMENT ORDER  2002 )

           It is most respectfully submitted on behalf of above named Plaintiff that this Honorable Court may be pleased to pass an Interim Order for the maintenance of Plaintiff and also Minor Baby Dua, i.e as plaintiff is wife of the defendant and his child, directing the defendant to Pay the maintenance or deposit in their favour (Interim maintenance) i.e. Rs.5,000/- to the plaintiff and Minor Baby of defendant before 10th of every month till disposal of this suit on the considerations set in accompanying affidavit.
   Prayer is made in the greater interest of Justice and in the Spirit of new latest amended law in Family Court Act.

AFFIDAVIT.

          I, Mst. Fahmida W/o Qabeer D/o Mehmood Batt, Muslim, adult, R/o Gharibabad Muhalla, do hereby state on oath here as under:-
1.  That I am the Plaintiff / Deponent in the above matter and as such am fully conversant with the facts of the case.

2.  That the accompanying application Under Section 17-A of West Pakistan Family Courts Act ( Amended Order 2002 ) has been drafted under my specific instructions and the contents of the same may be treated as a part and parcel of this affidavit.

3.  That I am so compel and facing great difficulties and hardship in performing and maintaining the child who is my real daughter.
4.  That unless my accompanying application is granted I and my child will suffer irreparable loss, medical needs and also other future needs shall be seriously prejudice.
5.  That whatever is stated above is true and corrects the best of my knowledge and belief.
