 APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 345 (2) Cr.P.C

       It is respectfully submitted by parties that this Honorable Court may kindly be pleased to accord them permission to compound the offences in the above mentioned crime and offence on the consideration of the following grounds :-


 G R O U N D S

1.                 That both the parties are relatives and are residing in the same village and are in dinning terms.

2.                 That both the parties have compromised out side the court.

3.                 That both the parties have patched up and settled their differences and have also excused to each other on intervention of the neckmards of locality as well as on Holy Quran Sharif.

4.                 That the complainant / injured have received nothing from the accused Persons as compensation and also they have waived off their right of Qisas and Diyat.

5.                 That there is no ill will against both the parties.

6.                 That the compromise will promote cordial relationship between the parties and they will reside in the vicinity peacefully, tranquility and iambically.

7.                 That the Honorable court may be pleased to accord them permission to compound the offence.

8.                 That the prayer is made in the interest of justice.
