AFFIDAVIT OF FREE WILL
(FOR PURPOSE OF MARRIAGE)
I, Mst: Maryam Khatoon D/o Muhammad Alam by
caste Channa adult Muslim original R/o Mitha Colony Taluka Warah, District Qamber
Shahdad kot present at Sahbaz Colony Dadu
do hereby state on Oath as under:
1.
That I am a mature/major widow lady and can understand my welfare.
2. That I know Mr. Muhqum din son of Sattar Dino Chandio, R/o Village Hamal,
Hamal Kachharo Taluka Warih District Qamber Shahdad kot, who wanted to marry me and had sent proposal
for my hand to my parents as I also wanted to marry with Mr. Muhqum din Chandio.
3. That My parents Refused My Purposal to the parents of Mr. Muhqum
din Chandio and they wants my hand to an other person, which is against my
will, therefore today on 23.05.2014, I on my own free will have left the house
of my parents in three clothes and I will marry with Mr. Muhqum din Chandio.
4. That I can understand my good and bad.
Neither any one has enticed me nor has kidnapped me.
5. That in case my parents or any of my relative lodge any caste against My above Husband or his
parents or his relatives, that case will be a managed fabricated and a false
case.
6. That I sworn this affidavit on my own free will in my complete senses,
without any compulsion or coercion from any corner.
7. That whatever is stated above in the
affidavit is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
8. That my photograph and Old C.N.I.C is
affixed for my identification.
